Opened products
To protect the integrity of every lot, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or whose seal has been broken.
Unopened products
Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email info@livebioactive.com with your order number before sending anything back; we will reply with return instructions. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email info@livebioactive.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error. If a promotional code was applied, the refund reflects the amount you actually paid.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, email info@livebioactive.com as soon as possible. We can cancel orders that have not yet shipped and refund them in full. Once an order has shipped, the return terms above apply.
