Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States only. We do not ship internationally.
Shipping rates
- Standard tracked shipping: $14.95 per order.
- Free tracked shipping on orders of $250 or more, after discounts.
The rate for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed the next business day.
Tracking and delivery
When your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates set by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Packaging
Every vial ships sealed and lot-coded, packed to protect it in transit. Lyophilized products ship at ambient temperature. On arrival, store each product as described on its product page and certificate of analysis.
Shipping address
Please check your shipping address before you place your order. If you notice a mistake, email info@livebioactive.com as soon as possible. We can update the address only before the order ships.
Lost, damaged or incorrect orders
If your package arrives damaged, is missing an item, or contains the wrong item, email info@livebioactive.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, contact us and we will work with the carrier. We will replace the affected items or refund them.
